入境菲律賓新規定

各位鄉親大家好：2/8號入境菲律賓的人，不管您是拿投資拘留、退休居留、或是工作簽證都必須到移民署或上網申請入境證明書，才可入境，一般旅客在簽證前也需要申請入境申請書，將影印的送到 MECO 辦理簽證，正本需留在身上，以便入境時交給移民局，如果沒有辦理，將會原機折返，有居留身分的未辦理會被隔離14天，沒有徵兆才可入境.

2020 TAP Relief Operation to Taal Volcano Victims.

The donation event was held on Janurary 30, 2020 in Alfonso Cavite by Taiwan Association Inc. of the Philippines (TAP) which was led by President Huang, Ya-Hui in corporation with the ROC Representative Office in Philippines (Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, TECO) and KOTEN Enterprises.

The materials were donated as below :
5000 pcs of N95 face masks
About 6,800 pcs of bed sheets
About 6,800 pcs of mattresses
About 2,500 ~ 3,000 packs of biscuits
20,000 bottles of mineral water (500ml)
10,000 pcs of Instant noodles
about 1,000 pieces of Tshirt (Love from Taiwan)
500 kg of white rice

The Handover Ceremony of the 39th and 40th Presidents and Supervisors of the Taiwan Association Inc. of the Philippine (TAP) held on January 19, 2020. Dr. Wu Shinshing, Chairman of the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC), came from Taiwan on the weekend to express his attention to the Taiwan Association Inc. and congratulate.

The event included representatives from the World Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce (WTCC), the Asian Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce (ASTCC) President Lai Weisin, and the presidents and its directors from various Asian countries, honorary personnel of Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) in the Philippines, and representatives of various overseas  community groups and chambers of commerce in the Philippines. More than 600 people including the representative of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) Mr. Hsu Peiyong and staffs attended the ceremony.

（中央社記者陳妍君馬尼拉19日專電）民眾黨不分區立委當選人邱臣遠今天來到菲律賓舉行座談，有台商提出在台灣的印尼、菲律賓移工都能不在籍投票，盼台灣也能推動海外不在籍投票，方便海外台灣人行使公民權。

對此，邱臣遠表示，海外不在籍投票要一步到位比較困難，會研議從國內的不在籍投票開始逐步推動。
